Guys I got cheated by a seller in shopee, made a couple of transactions , and he didn't pay what he was supposed to pay. Kept delaying until I realised he cheated. Contacted shopee support and they said they will only refund for 1 transaction. Anyone else knows what can be done? Support also mentioned that they can't help as payment has been transferred to seller.

Chargeback ? The bank will be able to refund ? Because the payment has already been released to the seller. Doubt I can get my money back correct ?

No harm trying. Doesn’t matter whether payment released to seller. As long as you didn’t get what you paid for you can file a chargeback against Shopee via your bank. Your bank will try to funds recover from Shopee and Shopee will have to show that they delivered what you paid for to contest the chargeback

So if I am a seller , and the buyer pays me with his credit card , and once a “product” is delivered or if a bill is paid , and once the buyer clicks on product received , how does the seller get the money from Shopee ? And does Shopee take a percentage of whatever was sold ?

Guys, I am having this issue with shopee. I made 6 transactions successfully before I got this error message. I checked several times the credit card details and I am very sure all the info was correct.
When I called shopee, I got the reply that this message appeared because the account is under watch list. When I asked for further details, I was told they are unable to inform me due to PDPA act.

Is there any other way to go about this?
Also, is it a problem if a user uses multiple devices to access his account and his wife's account? I noticed that I have been having these problems because I log in and log out of the accounts with multiple devices. Previously, shopee support has mentioned that 1 account should be used from 1 device only to avoid problems.

Any tips guys?

Having so much problem with shopee, have been using credit cards to buy things under 2 accounts (mine and my wife's), and now both accounts has been suspended due to violation of shopee policies.
And customer service is being very anal about it and is refusing to re-activate the accounts.
Frustrating!

Guys , is there any other platform which is exactly like Shopee for me to pay all my bills ? I want to use my public bank cards to maximize the PB CB 4 U campaign , that’s why. Also , I can’t use my Shopee account anymore because Shopee has blocked my cards.

I have had so many issues also with the card. They are extremely fussy about it. Once they block your card, there is no way to use them back again. I did try deleting and entering the details again, it worked for some time, then it got permanently blocked.

Just to share, I did not get an order delivered and shopee refused to refund me my money. I sent out a dispute form for my standard chartered card and I managed to get back my full refund.
Don't let shopee push you around.

There were 2 separate transactions. One was refunded and shopee refused to refund the other. Just like that. They told me sorry, they already refunded for one.
