Just refer to the shopee status. if no update it either means not yet shipped or not yet reached Malaysia.

im curios how seller can estimate delivery when its not the seller that deliver item?
the best they can answer is 1-3 working day for Poslaju, any delay by poslaju is not seller's fault

They can either ask to return and full refund or keep item for partial refund.
Just press refund now wait seller press dispute then shopee will get back to you for solution.

I did able to get partial refund from shopee. ordered 10 items from China but received 5 only.
press refund and seller press dispute and put remark partial refund. shopee close the case and i email shopee ask why close case they reply will do manual refund to the bank number in my account.
7 days later check bank account get refunded

Because Shopee using payment gateway at SG, so StanChart charges for Cross Border fee (not sure SC calls it what)
PBB no extra charge.

I disagree. its really luck see what the cs will do.

eg like my case, item already ship out but poslaju slow deliver but shopee refund to buyer even i press dispute.

Shopee would probably call u or email u in few days time.

be patient and just wait for it.. sometimes takes over 7 working days for them to contact u

Not sure if u understands what OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) means.
Fake is a fake.. OEM should be consider 100% working albeit it may not be "legally original" but it is not fake.

Tell them you will not remove rating. shopee have the power to force refund.

however, shopee willing to compensate to seller as well if u provide proof of delivery i.e shipping slip and the contract form (if using shopee poslaju).
weird coz i doubt poslaju will pay compensation if item is not declared missing.

Shopee only charges RM4.75 (if seller enrolled for poslaju program) for items below 5KG
In your case means the seller are not using shopee poslaju but self postage, these sellers may charge any shipping fee they like, and seller takes all the shipping fee as well.
