Credit Card do provide Easy Pay Plan even though the merchant did not provide installment. But you need to call the bank to convert it to installment after purchased.

Some bank offer 0% p.a. and 0% one time handling fee, similar to 0% installment by merchant but this you need to call the bank by yourself.

Yeap, I know that. but as you mentioned, my mileage may vary. So if I can do the EPP 0% from the get go that would be better for me

How disable otp login ? everytime login need to verify for otp .

if u didnt logout and login with different account then usually no need otp but only once a while.
i guess its saved inside cookie. so once u login with different account it will detect and will ask otp

Nope , I login using browser , everytime at browser ask for otp and verify send through sms otp verification.
I only have 1 account.

public bank quantum cards can do interest free installment for purchases above 1.2k.

Shopee use ipay88 now for handling CC/DC payment. I saw it redirect to Public bank system after the inital ipay88 verification page before moving to the OTP card page.

Also refund process now, ipay88 will email you and give update status of the refund to your card bank.

long time ago they refund direct to wallet. so pay using cc refund to wallet can get cc points

Tickets category not allowed code.

if any of them can use it only means 2 things.

1st is seller play cheat by putting in different (non ticket) category.

dont think it is applicable for mobile topup. I just did a reload yesterday also.
