The back cover camera bump will prevent your back camera from touching the table surface but it will not prevent loose items like keys or sand from scratching the camera.  sweat.gif

that's true hehe, but I know my usage, I don't put my device together with keys or any sharp object, pretty much pocket only for phone...

I somehow feel the full cover SPs are more prone to breaking/cracking compared to the ones without full cover (without the black borders/cut outs for camera etc.)
*
exactly yes, because of the curve edge coverage, any light shock would crack up the edge and when it shatters it'll affect other parts as well..

It depends on how you take care of your iphone. If you always share same pocket with coins/keys and other metal parts, definitely there’ll be some scratches.
I never do that. That’s why my iPhones since iPhone 4 never got scratches on the lens part
*
yeap, one of my side pocket is only reserved for the phone, nothing else. and I don't put it in bags etc, so most of my iphones are either scratcless or with very minimal hairlines scratches.. biggrin.gif

But in terms of outright protection, will the one without full coverage be exponentially weaker in protecting the iPhone X?
*
not really unless use it on a rough condition or handle with 0 care...... I think full and partially full offers equal protection unless you store your phone together with keys or sharp objects... then the full one's better

Answer to your 1st question is : Yes, good enough. But my question to your 1s question is how do you know your wireless charger really support fast charging?

I have been asking myself on your 2nd question, I seldom use cable after using wireless, still can't justify to invest around Rm300 for slightly faster charging than ipad charger.
*
you mean the fast wireless charging charges even faster than cabled ipad charger? shocking.gif

Thanks for this! I do prefer the look of the partial cover. Will probably get this instead. Plus cheaper to maintain as it's generally more durable.
*
yeap get the RM69 ones...

Yeah, looking for those that aren't too heavy or thick. Clear ones made of rubber tend to turn yellow after a while sad.gif
*
hmm clear ones are normally plastic, that's why they turn yellowish after a while....unless u go for non clear ones...

But i already bought the full tempered glass version, how? do you mean it will break by itself or when drop?
*
it wouldn't break itself, basically its more fragile than the 2.5D as those doesn't cover the curve edge... and the 3D full version covers the curve edge as well, so when you drop or knock your phone and triggers that edge, it might or might not shatter...depending on luck...

Yeah...I've been doing many reading mostly say get iPad 12w charger enough as the 29w charges only 15 mins faster but the price diff is huge (RM89 vs RM348)...
*
I would go for the 29W despite only getting 17W or something.... and use it for a few years on all my i-device...... also can sell full box with unused earphone and charger/cable.... biggrin.gif

How do we check again?

Is it still 1 to 1 exchange if purchased from telco?

How long did u wait from complaint to receive the replacement unit ?
*
put it under flashlight in a dark room, they are micro so u gotta look really carefully under the lens..

no 1 to 1 change if purchased from Telco.... and apple store only do 1 to 1 replacement within 14 days of purchase (tbc)

How do u prove the defect? “Snap” picture?

If telco set how?
*
Yeap snap pic with reasons, and they will arrange to pick up the device...

Telco set you have to either check on the spot when you purchase it, and get 1 to 1 change before you leave the shop..anything after you leave the shop you need to bring it back for warranty at authorized reseller service center i.e Mac city service center @ one utama shopping mall

Everything the same besides camera shutter sound cannot be disabled...if u have the shutter sound on all these while then it wouldn’t a problem for u

the shutter sound doesn't bother me. Been using the 7 plus camera mostly to take product photos with the shutter sound on anyway.

So all the same? Other than the power adapter I guess.
*
Yeap the power adapter uses different pin but this is least to be worried about with all the extensions we have

How many of us here using iPad adapter to charge their iPhone X? I have an adapter from iPad Air 1, is it totally safe to use it on my x?

And how many % do you get per an hour charge with the iPad adapter? Pls share.

With the adapter/cable comes with the box (5W), an hour charge gets about 30-33%.
