everything has been well explained by spayre up there. I just want to add another few points:

1) I already mentioned that I haven't seen the item since they are pre-order... and all information that is available is based on what the supplier gave me.

2) I understood if spayre expects to receive a black color dress since that is what it looks like on the picture, but due to lighting... it is a normal case that there will be slight color difference between the picture and the real stuff.

am just tired repeating all the points to you... plus I do have a permanent job and have been busy doing it.. so really have limited time to actually arguing over and over again on the same point...

it is not just about the money... it's about attitude. I really don't mind to pay the RM6 if the buyer is well-mannered and not being rude to me especially when he/she is requesting something from me that is not clearly my fault.

Truly, I believe it is part of my fault.... that is why I allowed for a refund and willing to give a full refund (which includes the shipping cost from me to spayre)... but I don;t think all the blame is on me alone... and based on this I don't think I deserve to be treated rudely.

In any case, I still am only agreed to give a full refund but not the return shipping cost.

Alrighty then, maybe I misinterpret your PMs, but yeah, I did sense sarcasm in the first few ones... but nevermind.. since you said you never meant it... i don't want to think much about it anymore.

Back to the topic... I really am busy with projects right now and decided this issue is not worth the time... so I'll think this through and will consider about covering the return shipping ... will let you know my decision this weekend.

In the meantime, any questions are welcome and I'll reply the earliest this weekend (saturday night).

Again, the thread is still there. Am not running and hiding or disappearing anywhere. I am just really busy with work demand that I don't have time to bump the topic or replying to any new posts, will do so this weekend.

After taking all feedbacks (in and out of forum) into account and much thoughts and consideration... I've decided to not cover the return shipping cost.

That been said, the final refund will still be RM55..

Also... I need the dress to be returned the latest by May 13th (a month period from the day I shipped out the dress), otherwise I could not give you a full refund.

Please note that you might want to use a Pos Laju to be able to track the package in case of lost/undelivered item, since no refund will be given if the item is lost during shipping.

nope, but I did mention that the color is as in the picture.. I should have thought to add that there might be a slight color differences due to lighting.. but I thought that is somewhat understood for online shopping... my bad...
