i love solid wood finish as well. My house is using rose wood flooring. However for our climate its hard to use wood besides belian that can withstand our weather outdoors. if not i would be using alot more pine / maple which is really nice. Our hard wood here is mainly very dark brown and those that can used outdoors like belian will turn black.
But im planning to do some interior finishes using maple /pine but its hard to find them here unless imported. In australia their whole roof framing is using oak wood.

what about balau or chengal ? can use for outdoor right? although not as long lasting as belian maybe..
belian i heard is very rare now.. 1 shop i went near Tropicana.. selling solid wood furniture.. they have 2nd hand belian wood coffee table.. 4' x 2.5' selling around RM3500.. 

what kind of wood is the best for kitchen cabinets? someone recommended Nyatoh.. is it a good choice? thank you in advance !

white oak, walnut & cherry.. what are they suitable for? indoor table top? restaurant dining table also can use?

didnt put chamfer, cos lightly round over the edges.
the shelves (not shown) has a micro chamfer 1.5-2mm

baru google white oak, impressive thing, marine grade.

berapa harga? Say 2ft by 10ft or whatever length you have. Of course joined wood, prefer factory joined wood as i dun have a 2 ft planner
