I'm not into junk food, fast food that sort of thing.
I do not smoke.
Alcohol consumption moderate to minimal.
Workout: (5:30pm)
Mon: 1.5 hrs of good futsal action
Tues - Sun: Jogging (5pm)
For now I can only jog non-stop for like 5 minutes before I feel like passing out or something. So i take brisk walks to catch my breath in between each jogging burst. Currently, my total jogging time comes up to about 15 minutes with 25 minutes walking time.
Goals:
- To build on my stamina (I'm not that concerned bout my weight or how I look)
- To be the Cristiano Ronaldo of futsal (I just wanted to fill the Goals section up
- Will add more when I think of it.
