Hello everyone! This is my new workout journal. Hope to get some feedback from you guys. Thanks smile.gif

Personal Stats
Name: Vincent
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Height: 178cm
Weight: 87kg
Occupation: Student

Diet
Mon - Fri:
(8 - 10am) Breakfast: Warm drink like Milo, Horlicks or something
(1 - 2pm) Lunch: Economy rice with chicken, fish and vege
(7 - 9pm) Dinner: Rice with chicken, fish and vege

Sat - Sun:
(8 - 10am) Breakfast: Warm drink like Milo, Horlicks or something
(1 - 2pm) Lunch: Chicken rice or fried bee-hoon
(7 - 9pm) Dinner: Rice with chicken, fish and vege

Additional info:
I'm not into junk food, fast food that sort of thing.
I do not smoke.
Alcohol consumption moderate to minimal.

Workout: (5:30pm)
Mon: 1.5 hrs of good futsal action

Tues - Sun: Jogging (5pm)
For now I can only jog non-stop for like 5 minutes before I feel like passing out or something. So i take brisk walks to catch my breath in between each jogging burst. Currently, my total jogging time comes up to about 15 minutes with 25 minutes walking time.

Goals:
- To build on my stamina (I'm not that concerned bout my weight or how I look)
- To be the Cristiano Ronaldo of futsal (I just wanted to fill the Goals section up laugh.gif)
- Will add more when I think of it.

Well, that's about it. Please give some feedback on where I can further improve or what I've left out. Thanks everyone! notworthy.gif

don't think i'll be able to make much changes to my diet for now. i should be able to in a few months time when i'm off to uni and have more freedom.

as for the jogs, yea that's the best i can do for now. actually when i first started jogging a few weeks back it was just 3 minutes tongue.gif it'll take some time but i think i can definitely push the time up.
