plus i see too much rice in there, need major cleanup.

learn to eat like a caucasian.

here's what u can do at the time being...

take less rice.
becos u take less of rice, eat more vege and lean meat.

optional
reduce all 3 portions of ur meals, eat smaller meals...
and eat fruits every 2/3 hours.

e.g.
7am bfast
10am apple
12pm lunch
3pm pears
6pm dinner (yes, take dinner earlier)
9pm apple
