Just called up the sales gallery, given information as below:

APDL expected to obtain by Feb 2018, completion 3 years from SNP signing (2021).

Tower B launch first (3 sizes), SA mentioned 7% rebate, free SNP + loan agreement (MOT ownself pay)
- 657sqft: starting from RM421k (before rebate)
- 857sqft: starting from RM500k (before rebate)
- 949sqft: starting from RM600k (before rebate)

Take note that whole twentyfive7 project is leasehold and under Telok Panglima Garang.

MDKL selling condo like DBKL pricing... but then the difference would be on the density... for location like this... is there a need for small unit condo yet i wonder.... hmm.gif hmm.gif

expensive pricing. landed so weak sales of 30% only. even the landed can't sell wonder how poorly the condo will do. despite free wardrobe and kitchen cabinet, still excessive pricing. 140 units per acre. quite dense for a raw location.

Developer staffs said the landed houses are almost sold out already, left some of the intermediate units only.

Should have checked this thread before putting in booking fee.... paying about 708 psf. 3 car parks, 1001 sqft, 3 bedrooms. Definitely only looking at this to appreciate in about 10 - 15 years.
