MDKL selling condo like DBKL pricing... but then the difference would be on the density... for location like this... is there a need for small unit condo yet i wonder.... hmm.gif hmm.gif

yea i think they are quite detach from the current high-rise market actually... they tot brand name and concept sells... location is secondary.... i think alot could be internal purchases?

the area indeed getting more vibrant than ever together with the TPG side... pricing reli subjective dy... but the project itself seems fine... even parque also can sold out... this one should be not an issue as long as they package it well

anyhow based on my fren who is specialist agent there... the rental rate has been growing slowly in TPG... its consider a good sign albeit still not enough to cover installment and etc...

and landed rental stocks are not enough now... alot of demands for renting a unit here... and of course alot of own stayers here, thats why the rental supply not that much.... my fren get call everyday asking to rent a unit...

yea for a young township... its heading towards a good direction... just add one more hospital in here... then its perfect dy... the rest of the industrial and commercial will also come together later on.... and of course need more access to highway to ease the jam issues also
