Hi all, recently I getting low speed jerking when accelerating. Anyone got this issue? My mileage haven't hit 20k yet for a 2018 model.

Just encountered the same issue today. Rear hot, front ok. Already turned off hibrid auto engine off on idle, turned on recirculation, set the temp on lowest, A/C mode on, etc.

Mind to share how you resolved it please.

Owner of C27 Serena here. Members here think it's advisable to purchase extended warranty ie. Warranty Plus program from ETCM? +1 year is MYR1.4k; +2 years is MYR1.9k.

The warranty covers engine, transmission and steering parts only.

Of coz must follow service intervals to ensure warranty is valid.

please do extend.
this is to safe guard your pocket

steering rack, gear box and engine problem

please do take. prevention is better than cure

what is prevention steps?

Serena do come with default tint, can we choose which default tint?
Serena's window is way to big, i need to install no see-thru tint.t

Prevention as in buy the extended warranty.

I purchased my c27 in April 2019 along with 3 years free maintenance. Since MCO last year, my car is totally under utilize.
Anyone can share more info about the 3 years free maintenance for parts and labour? Last coverage is for 50,000km or 60, 000km? Abit confused on this.

Anyone got order the good floor mat? New car come with coil mat which i do not like. Lazada got those but seem from hk. No review i not sure how good is it.

When will the next-generation serena come to Malaysia?

I actually plan to buy one, but on hold due to MCO since we can travel anyway. Still plan to purchase mid of next year.

My serena abs light keep turn on. already send to sc twice still can't solve. customer service also like just try to ignore. very disappointed with their service
