AirPods got? I know they have bundle with Apple Watch. Never heard of AirPods. Checked celcom website also dont have.
If you are a Celcom customer for more than 12 months and no call bar for last 3 months, no need upfront payment. All blue cube and resellers also follow same rule.

Yeah, I initially wanted to port out to DiGi because of the MyDiGi app perks but coverage is poor in my workplace so i decided against it.

You have to go and check there because the OCS can't check on their side.

There are no hidden charges the billing has not been an issue for me.

If possible try to avoid from online store, very slow delivery. Try to go get from any blue cubes.

Yeah customers below 12 months need to use CC. If they runaway also Celcom will block IMEI, making the iPhone into a very expensive iPod Touch biggrin.gif

well i may have a bad news, well maybe some of us. my friend wanted to register for the easyphone thingie for iphone xs and he was told that they need cc as it is mandatory. the thing is, its not applied to new users, but also existing users.
ive called celcom Customer Service and verified this matter and its true. the rule was made mandatory around last week.

since i dont have CC this will be a challenge for me. been with celcom for quite sometimes now and this news is bothering me a bit.

yeap double confirm it. Auto billing is mandatory and auto billing need to have own CC.

welp.... i guess im gonna change telco again then.

I read on celcom officials fb on comment said all telco had standardised their terms & regulation. It is a must to have credit card for easyphone/zerolution for billing charges. Don’t know true or not.

But for celcom easyphone, whether you’re more than 12 months existing customers or new customer it is mandatory to have credit card for billing charge starting 14 March 2019. (Based on celcom blue cube agent explanation during signing my new easyphone contracts)
