Hi bro, what are example of local IB you meant?

You have to trade forex using the authorised brokers listed in BNM's website. Check the website to find out more.
The list is basically the our local banks and financial institutions. Also, you need quite a high capital to trade them, about $100k.

For prime brokerage, you need at least 10M. That's the last info I got about 2 years ago.

Local IB or Local depo is company/individu who act as representative for Forex broker. So, trader can make depo and withdraw with them without transfer direct to oversea.

It's a good way to avoid BNM. Also taxes if any.
I am looking for a reliable IB from a reliable broker.

I keep on missing the price level. Sometimes too focus on other thing.

Experienced 10 or 20 years Forex gurus would advise ppl to keep a forex journal joting down the main things along their everyday trading.

I guess while the internet apps make life easy for u, the journal serves an essential role for u.
