I lost 2 accounts because of the flash crash. Both micro accounts, running the same EA. One has $700+/-, the other $800+/-. Not that much, but still, 6 months of patience gone just like that. Finally tripled my deposit, then the flash happened.  Alas, we start again. Dwelling on it won't do any good. |

Going forward, I will not trade the same currency on both account. The losses were JPY crosses. At least this way, one account will be safe.

When my account burned, I'm actually using different setting, but same pairs. Before this (few months ago), I actually divide by currency. Meaning both MT4 trading different setting AND different pairs. And then GREED took over and I decided to make them both trade the same pairs. Guess how it turned out lol |
