Hi... anyone here got their order gone missing from account? I bought an item on 11.11 but now when I check my account ... the order history totally missing the item on 11.11... i bought many stuff on that day and usually no email confirmation for the order...
Right now only got sms TAC record... any idea if anyone kena similar issue and how to fix This? What if I call Lazada and they simply say there is no record at all? How do I link my credit card payment and tell Lazada about it? |
