Seems like the same trend for BigPay and Hsbc.

Pls take note on your transaction especially eligible for 10x BL point.

I always got disqualified for 10x BL point for eligible transaction: This is the replied from ambank.

We wish to infom that in order to match a settlement with its authorization, both records must have the same date. This merchant XXX seems always send a different transaction date during settlement.

Our record show that , the transaction was performed on 2021/05/08, but settlement file sent the transaction date as 2021/05/09. Hence, the issue occurs.

At the same time, we wish to inform that the same issue is going to happen in next statement as the merchant has again sent a different transaction date for 2021/06/01 transaction. We appreciate you may assist to monitor in this, should the amount is not credited accordingly kindly let us know via this channel.

Again please accept our since apologies on the delay and inconveniences that has been caused.

My question:

1. I thought eligible cash back is based on MCC code?
2. 90% of the merchant posted date and transaction date is different. So we will miss out 10x BL point if we didn't check properly
3. In conclusion, if posting date and transaction date is different, we will only get normal BL point

.Please take note.

So every month i need to check one by one and pm them for manual claim the 10X BL point.

hi guys, just checking, are you all able to log into AmOnline?  I cant access mine since ytd. After key in pw and click "Log In", it doesn't load at all.
Tried with diff browser + mobile app = same result.

I called CS ytd and they say their website was down on Mon/Tue but it has since been fixed. CS asked me to try again later.

But seems I'm still having same issue today   so just want to see if others have same prob.  I'll give a call to CS again today.

If I get both cards, do I get 10x access?

Applied via RinggitPlus on 9th Sept. Didn't hear anything from them nor Ambank for a month.

Called the service center then they tell me the application was submitted on 13th Sept and approved on 14th, but then subsequently cancelled on the same day right after approval. Nobody contacted me anything about this.

I am now no longer eligible for marketing campaign because I have a cancelled card within a year even though I did not initiate any cancellation and was kept in the dark.

Looking to apply extra card, not gonna use as main card. So the annual fee waiver caught my attention.
