May I know Ambank TRUE cash back is calculate by statement calendar or by month calendar?

Just want to check if this campaign needed any opt in back then?
I read the T&C but it says no registration required, I spent accordingly (utility bills and TNG) but never got a single sen cashback until today

Applied via RinggitPlus on 9th Sept. Didn't hear anything from them nor Ambank for a month.

Called the service center then they tell me the application was submitted on 13th Sept and approved on 14th, but then subsequently cancelled on the same day right after approval. Nobody contacted me anything about this.

I am now no longer eligible for marketing campaign because I have a cancelled card within a year even though I did not initiate any cancellation and was kept in the dark.

7x Uber transactions in GBP.

the annoying part is now u have to wait for the transaction to get posted after a week or 2 then only can fill dispute form. im in the midst getting them to temporarily refund me pending investigation. no way im paying it all first.

Just kena 2x Uber in GBP and counting. Meanwhile, pegawai perkhidmatan tengah sibuk.

previously had fraud transactions, then in follow up emails said will give temporary credit to offset the fraud transactions pending investigations. but after one month still xda. then this is the follow up reply when i asked about the temporary credit.

"Please be informed that you may perform payment as per your own usage of credit card transaction.

However, kindly take note that payment less than outstanding balance of credit card statement of account will be charged with additional interest/profit change."

Noob answer. Perform payment as per my own usage but i will be charged of the outstanding payment ie fraud. Such stupidity from the CS.
