Maybe someone chose a wrong timezone when they setup the server. Maybe it's hosted in US/EU. It's well known to public bank cardholders.

BP not part of the deal. TNG saved card not sure excluded or not, so when June 15 - Jul 14 is out, I need to appeal if don't get cashback.

sometimes their cashback is slow. In the past, it used to be after mid-month. Then sometime in Apr/May, they brought forward and gave double cashback, and it maintained until Jul.

Answer from CS : Cashback that comes after statement can be used to offset full payment but cannot be used to offset minimum payment.

previous tnc is 3% for Online capped at $30.

New norm is people need to buy more covid test kits and supplements at pharmacies, do groceries, and shop online. So they give more cashback for each category.
