Already done all the necessary, ie report to bank the next day transaction appears in the statement, made police report etc. It's just the bank is just to slow to process this case.
*
All banks will work within their SLA for response time on fraud cases.
What is your expectations of speed here?

Thanks for the reply. What I meant is can the supplementary holder bring additonal 1 guest, mean Principal bring 1 and Supplementary bring another 1? Thanks
*
The guest quota / qualification depends on the primary card holder. Supplementary card holder has no power to bring additional guest.
You might as well get your supplementary to apply as principal card holder if this person reside within your household.

AFAIK, local bank rate is better than international bank rate. you can try.
*
All card issuers will use VISA / MC rate as the benchmark when determining the final charge for overseas transactions.
Have nearly 100 AMBank transactions as reference and the final charge using VISA calculator is correct (with occasional plus/minus 0.01 difference due to rounding) after 1% markup.

the markup makes the difference.

have you compared, the same day transaction with 2 cards, one with international bank and one with local bank? both visa.
*
The markup rates are mentioned in respective card issuer T&C. From my previous analysis - note that some of the local banks / international bank mentioned x% as the markup rate but in reality there are other fees or rates used internally thus it is not whatever % they claim. Analysis used the same merchant transaction date and currency - comparison made using the declared markup rate against the actual charge.

I can name an international FI that rides on VISA but the rate they charge is much lower than our local banks. So it depends on the FI (local or international) on how much they want to make from their customers.

Then its a bit wasted isn't it. Since this card give one of the best convertion rate for foreign spent @ rm1 = 1 point
*
Well ... it is the members choice to decide what to use for your foreign spending.
Wise - cheaper exchange rate, no points, no lounge benefits, cash upfront/financial debit product, currency limits.
AMBank - 1 %, Enrich Points, lounge access, no cash upfront/financial credit product, credit limit varies and depends on your income.

Not exactly an apple to apple comparison if you don't look solely at exchange rate. The perfect product doesn't exist. Decide what suits you / how you wish to be rewarded.

Had an unauthorized transaction on Ambank Enrich Platinum (Youtube Premium for 12800 JPY Yen) on Saturday night. Called CS, said already charged. Need to monitor statement see if it's being charged. I thought if I called CS to stop it from going through, the transaction should still be pending/floating?

PS: Saw others shared in XHS it's happening also in Alliance CC.
*
Hang on ... all cc transctions will receive notification via AMBank app. It is not real time but it will appear within 2 hours a transaction happened. It should appear if you have enabled notification. Did you happen to miss any ?

sorry, i meant i received the transaction notification. Bcoz the CS told me it's already been charged and cannot stop them. Need to monitor from app/web to see if it's charged.
That's why I am thinking, why can't it be stopped? shouldn't it be only floating/pending?
*
When you received the transaction notification, that's the time to act informing the bank to block your card. Don't wait till it appears in your statement.
Once a transaction occurs and accepted (using a simple term here), you can't stop/decline the transction. It will need to go through a dispute process before it can be offset/credited. I used the term offset because once the dispute is confirmed and accepted, the disputed amount will be credited back. (Initally, the disputed transaction created a debit value)

Why an immediate call to the bank is important - you are able to stop further fraud transaction from happening. Expect to see the similar processes from all card issuer.

Most if not all airlines have devalued their Miles program. Very few cards left in the market can be considered but these cards are reserved for High Worth clientele - eligibility requirements are simply too far off for most customers.

A major rethink is needed if members are pursuing airline miles via their credit card spending. Suggested alternative values to consider would be access to Lounge and cost of overseas spending. AMBank Enrich is one of the very few credit cards with low fees for overseas spending. Just 1%.
