erm... normally the cash back should be based on posting date because if you make transaction during or just before statement out, it will based on the posting date that fall into the date that qualify for CB just like every other bank did.
but anyway it doesn't matter for me as my statement date is on 28 and someone said they cut off on 21, means what ever i spend after 21 will be CB on next month statement anyway.
I am confirmed many times by their "higher" management that it is indeed based on transaction date and not posting date. I know other banks are all based on posting date but apparently it is not the case for Ambank True Visa.but anyway it doesn't matter for me as my statement date is on 28 and someone said they cut off on 21, means what ever i spend after 21 will be CB on next month statement anyway.

When is ur statement date? I suspect the cashback calculation is based on statement date and certain cut off date.. if u exclude 29 & 30th May txn, u will get RM6.59 cashback, maybe the last 2 txn cashback will be given in next cycle..
My statement date is 22nd of the month. i am firmed on saying that because of two reasons:1) I got confirmation from higher management of Ambank Sales team regarding this true visa card
2) I do all the calculations of my cash rebate from the day i got my card in April 2018. All of the previous month followed transaction instead of posting date. If rebate for April, and May follows transaction date, it is hard for me to accept they can change it to posting date on June ?!
I am furious as i have been given different answers again and again
