The real problem is telco MCC.
Both Boost and BigPay have a tendency to be diverted to telco MCC.

As for TnG e-wallet, it's either to be considered as online or direct debit (for auto-reload or probably saved card info).

Based on experience using PB cards, the answer is yes.

To tell them? You must be kidding right?
Basically, you just inquire from the CS about the transaction MCC.
If the transaction falls under exclusion MCC (for example telco MCC), you either perform additional top up to make up for the forfeited amount or file for dispute.
Whether you dispute is granted will depend on their management for approval.

Whichever comfortable for you.
I'll rather switch to other e-wallet operator in the next month if you know the problem still persists.
