For Ambank True Visa, is supplementary cardholder eligible to earn cashback (share quota with principal cardholder)?

Main credit card receive RM30 cb on 16th April,
Sup card didnt receive.
Something wrong?

Mainly to do thumbprint verification, I asked the reason why I need to collect instead of sending directly to me. Other banks like PBB sends to you, but you still need go branch if you're new for verification for the online system to add cards.

Yes, had to take number and be attended to on the counter for thumb print and PIN... online account I can't recall though.

Hi, I'm interested in Ambank's True card. A couple of questions:

1. Am I allowed to pick up the card from an Ambank branch or must it be delivered to my office or home?

2. If I apply through branch/banker (and not online), will Ambank call my mobile or even office to verify my application?
