dun be too happy when developer requesting for partial withdrawing of loan.

this is a non schedule spa where the project is not under the preview of HDA and no joint acc has been setup between developer and HDA,

literally developer can suka suka claim progressive payment without even work on your unit,

take heal please.

Yes, it is under HDA. Check your SPA. If SPA 1st page have mention schedule H, HDA 1966. the developer will restricted to the act

Hi everyone.. I need an advice. I am currently considering to buy a studio here. It's a good price. However, I'm quite scared because never heard of the developer's name before. Plus, I can see that the progress is quite slow. Can anyone advice me should I buy this or not?

would you be less afraid if you're afraid but someone told you to not be afraid? wow suddenly you're not afraid now. you have to convince yourself its good enough a buy to proceed. people here might ask you to just go ahead but if something happen its not their butt on fire. you can look for HCK projects. they have quite a lot of similar concept project in cyberjaya, usj1 but usj1 seems slow progress. this one probably slow too.

This project is under HDA means they claim progressive payment accordingly. Apa suka suka? wan kena saman by HDA?LOL

Was quoted nett 300k after rebates, loan only 80% apparently.

300k with proper ID finishing, seems decent for a couple to stay.
