In my 2cent opinion, the location is rather decent as nearby have already SCR and Trefoil which is nearer to SCM. Nonetheless, this project is strategically located as well as is a mixed development project where there will be shoplots and offices. More people will tend to be there if there is a vibrant environment such as bank, restaurants and etc being open there. This will give more option to the ppl working around there like TG, Supermax, Kossan and NIH.

I am working in NIH, NIH do not have that huge number of staff. The total number of staff working in NIH should be less than 2000 (sorry for not able to tell the exact number). Also, there is no such thing as 40% of staff who are still base in KL and will be move in.

NIH is almost fully occupied. The building is huge, but not all buildings are meant for office. For example, Institute for Medical Research (IMR), almost 70% of the building are Laboratory. That is why IMR can process 5,000 samples per day during COVID-19 pandemic (just an example). Yes, the design of NIH could possibly occupied a crowd of 5,000 people at a time, but right now the topic is on those who work in NIH whom could be the potential tenant of EduSentral.
