I think I lack vitamin C's.
Tried Flavettes...quite nice. Divide the tablet into 5 or 6. And take it with a cup of cold water once a day.
Or should I just do it old skool...buy oranges weekly?

Hi.

Receding gum...molar.
The pain when consuming cold/hot foods or fluids. It's been 2 months now with back to back sickness...fever, sore throat, coughing, headache. Last time I went the dentist said it's the receding gum.
Instead of helping me salvaging it, he was eager to pull it out; He only cares about the $$$ I asked him to clean my teeths instead...RM80. Actually, real food much much good than supplement.
Dont too dependent on supplement. if u taking supplement after consume real food then it is good. if u taking supplement and thinking no need to take real food, then it is no good. U see athlete bro, they got nutritionist expert, they dont take supplement at all. but ordinary people of course cannot follow them, we dont got direct advise from nutritionist expert. |

From there on I eat green apples, papayas and oranges on daily basis (3 to 4 times a day). I noticed positive changes to my body. |

I don't know,but for me, I always buy the vitamin C pills with low dosage (250mg), so I can separate the dose to 2 or 3 times a day. Vit C is water soluble so we can easily lose them via urine. If taking 1000mg Vit C at once, I'll probably lose most of them within hours.
But then, I contradict myself; cause whenever I feel the sore throat and impending sickness, I will drink Redoxon/Sandoz (which are high dosage). I'll feel better after that. Of course, I believe that getting Vit C from fresh vege and fruits are the best way, but I can't seem to get enough from them. Probably because Vit C oxidized too quickly when we cut the fruit? I do feel a difference between the months when I take vitamin C and not taking it. I get less sickly and skin is better. But that's for me only. Maybe other people have other experience. |

A lot of vitamin C (especially those chewable ones) contain more sugar than Vit C itself. Look for those with less sugar or no sugar, pure vit c supplement tablets

Sadly to say that fruits and vegetables grown decades ago were much richer in vitamins and minerals than the varieties most of us get today.
Try to look for supplement with good absorption |
