Actually, real food much much good than supplement.
Dont too dependent on supplement.
if u taking supplement after consume real food then it is good.
if u taking supplement and thinking no need to take real food, then it is no good.
U see athlete bro, they got nutritionist expert, they dont take supplement at all.
but ordinary people of course cannot follow them, we dont got direct advise from nutritionist expert.
