try getting x-one stealth armor. it covers the whole screen until side & the back too. i've been using this sp since day 1 until today with no issue. so far all 3 cases that i bought (spigen rugger armor, samsung alcantara & samsung protective standing cover) has no problem with this sp too

so i might just get nillkin TPU case as its the thinnest
my note 5 is also using nillkin TPU currently.

its not exactly drop protection case but at least it has a case to hold lol.

lets see in real life if those spigen cases will look good on the note 8 or not (for my taste lah )

i prefer minimalism, hence the TPU case on my current note 5

these cases are so much more thinner than the nillkin TPU, i think in terms of protection compared with the 2, nillkin more protection lol
(this one got a bit of the Audi RS7 tail light feel, the curves )

even my note 5 only internal storage, 32gb.. still have about 7gb remaining

mostly photos for me

so i think if i buy 64gb, gonna be too much, plan to get sdcard for emergency storage only.. but 16gb abit low

nowadays i prefer stability and just work as it is since android is very mature already

and oreo samsung will update its default emoji to a much more readable one!

last time my note 5 i root was because of this.. really hard to differentiate sometimes in other apps other than whatsapp

one of the reasons i rooted lah haha

last time i rooted it for:

- removing ads (but now i dont really bother anymore)
- emoji (no point now since samsung will be updating it to a more acceptable emoji with oreo)
- fonts (on note 5, using custom 3rd party fonts requires root due to the signature issue)
- samsung stock keyboard long tap for symbols (editing the CSC files), now i just use swiftkey lol
- xposed (but now it feels like xposed is no longer needed, as there are 3rd party alternatives that does not require root)
