No wonder. Was starting to wonder why Seasons Garden and KL Traders Square had complaints of quality issues, but their previous projects such as Lido and the above seemed to be decent.

But Kenwingston is starting to go out on their own as a developer and main con all in one. Hopefully they've learnt their lesson and start building projects with better quality, but won't be surprised if those same complaints will return if they continue in this way for the latter case.

I strong believe that this project will be used for investment via rental,  hence, for own stay I wont recommend this because your neighbor will be always changing.

Investor will convert the unit from the living room to another extra room to increase their rental to cover installment. Hence, the people residing inside this condo will also increase.

Own stay will be unpleasant.
