u may consider signing up the joy@work to have the rm8 waived with conditions. for my case the conditions will be met as long as the deposit and spending conditions for the smart account are met. there's no extra charges for this joy@work benefit. pls check with the bank officer to find out more.

I paid Rm2 for each biller 

My friend has been harassed for days by calls claiming that they're from AmBank saying that there's an outstanding amount for a credit card that is being applied at the Klang branch during X/X/2020 date while my friend is not from that state and never been to Klang before.

I insisted that my friend to ignore the calls only.
But the harasser called my friend several times with several different numbers.
I also asked my friend to just block those numbers.
But they're persistent and I asked my friend to just print the CCRIS report. If the stated card is valid, it'll be showed in the table in the CCRIS report.
However, my friend kept saying busy and no time to go to BNM etc.
Lastly, I asked my friend to just call AmBank official CS and check if my friend has any valid account/credit card with them.
At last, my friend rest relieved as the CS told him that he has no products with AmBank at all!

Let's be educated and stay calmed in dealing with this kind of situation.

For RHB Smart Account, I have paid RM1 to TIME on 28th Oct via RHBNow, but until now the "Bonus 2 Pay" under Transaction Running Table still show "3 to go". Anybody know why?

May I know what is the cutoff time for the fund in RHB Smart account to be consider for the day to calculate the daily interest?

For example, OCBC 360 account has a cutoff time at 9:45pm, any transactions done after 9:45pm is consider tomorrow date, thus the activity (bill payment and fund transfer) are on considered tomorrow.

I think RHB Smart current account also amended liao. Last time, if my FD mature, dumps to the Smart Account for 1 day, considered as fulfill the RM2K savings. Now cannot already i think.

Anyone have a historical movement of RHB Smart interest rates when OPR was falling? I’m just wondering why they’re not changing over the last 1.5 years since OPR has gone up 4 times now.

In June 2020 it was 3.25%
