Hi guys,

Just recently I was browsing around CIMBClicks and Maybank2u I found out there is option to add EPF Account under Investment option in both CIMBClicks and Maybank2u

My question is can I simply transfer any amount (minimum RM50) to my EPF account to increase my EPF account balance? Will it go to my EPF Account 1 or Account 2?

Anyone ever transferred to EPF account before from CIMBClicks / Maybank2u ?

Thanks in advance smile.gif

I didn't even know there is such a thing. I am interested to know more too. Anyone here can shed some light on this?

Tumpang thread.

I know Maybank has the option of "caruman sendiri" - voluntary self contribution. will we get any slip from KWSP or confirmation receipt?

Maybank counter charges RM2.00 for EPF payment at counter now.

I tried to put RM100 just now. Seems to go through and got the maybank2u receipt.

Will follow up and check with KWSP to see if the amount will be reflected later.

By the way, I have made an inquiry via EPF i-akaun website regarding this.

I got an answer that if you are a salaried employee, you cannot do this. You need to fill in special form to self-contribute.

Anyway as got one forumer here tried the feature, let's see whether the self contribution goes thru succesfully or not.

Below are the official email from EPF officer:

QUOTE

Terima kasih.

30% Account 2
