This evening I received shocking monthly bill amounting more than RM500+, the details show that that for a cycle of Nov bill, they charged me RM480 and another cycle amounting about RM30+. Get in touched with live chat, I asked what reasons for that jumping amount of RM480? she really unable to give any definite answers and after a while she said will escalate the dispute to their billing department.

Just realised this morning I got an offer to upgrade my streamyx, but I don't know what's the next upgrade will be, must be 10mbps. Just accepted it, looking for their response into this.
