My wife got tawaran PPAM Mercu Jalil 1000sqf for RM245k. Called developer LBS said need to cabut undi to confirm the unit. Most probably we will only get unit at high level and facing inside. Currently we stayed at putrajaya area (own house) and we will not move to ppam mercu jalil once completed.
Am in dilemma whether to proceed or not...hope somebody can enlighten me. Really appreciate.
U should buy due to good for gov servant.

Unit sold at reserve price 330k just now. Single bidder won unchallenged. Vacant unit currently but already did some renovation like install grill at the front. Nobody stay before. Good catch.
Defaulter owner is a well known dentist at KPJ giving talk from time to time. Not sure what happen. Maybe she stop working with the government that's why no longer entitle for LPPSA. Either need to sell or refinance to bank loan.
The next buyer must be gov servant? And does the 10 year lock period continue? Dentists aso lelong, what happen to him or her
