I am currently looking at Sunway projects. Now I'm choosing between YOLO or Greensfield.
YOLO expected to complete by 2021 year end, Greensfield by early 2021.
But the site progress so much different. I have a peek at YOLO site the other day and nothing is going on there.

Is this normal? Anyone have experience?

Back on progress drove pass today and seems to be moving well again. The developer launching a new project in DJ called Stellar. Higher end bigger size ones

at least so far ocr never have any abandoned projects... most of it may be slower but definitely moving... at least.... lol

OCR has very bad management team and contractors. Their recently VP-ed project at Jalan Ipoh back int October 2022 has crazy amount of defects and complaints which until today majority of them are not resolved yet. Pity the buyers.
