I think CL should've keep it <5secs... now they really gamble and hope SP get 10s penalty.

QUOTE(bearbear @ Oct 3 2022, 05:55 AM)
5 seconds penalty for Perez

Joke on you Ferrari, again
*
CL just didn't have the pace to keep up within 5 secs. Ferrari was just hoping for luck on the 10sec penalty.

Yes, bravo to MotoGP organizer and riders.

F1 now is like chicken, got full wet tires but practically never used cuz they're always scared when raining, only race when rain already stop.

Unfortunately, the changes to F1 cars might mean we will never get real wet race ever again. They are literally kissing the tarmac nowadays. Not to mention the cars are 200KG heavier than those V10 days, let alone being bigger etc.
*
Ya been like that for don't know how many years already, now probably worse.

FIA should let them go regardless as this is team issue, up to them to raise the cars for wet races. It will definitely spice up the show. I remember years ago they had this little like 2 inch windscreen in front of the cockpit to repel water lol.
*
Actually back in late 80s to 90s, the cars were also very low as you can see them skipping and sparking often but they still got the guts to race on full wet conditions.

Bet Senna is laffing his ass off cuz F1 @ Liberty has gone soft laugh.gif laugh.gif

If Senna is racing these guys now in the wet, I won't be surprised if he'd lap up almost the entire field. Lol

MV is lucky not getting grid penalty which is strange. If LN hit him or crash, the story would have been different but by right he should have been penalized regardless.

I think tomorrow he will seal the title.

MV seals it as I expected. Nothing much to comment, boring short race despite the condition due to chicken FIA as we all know, luckily I went jalan2, just record it and watch later instead of waiting in live broadcast. Boring season except for the first few races. Off to WSBK and MotoGP.

season started of so exciting with ferrari winning but slowly they faded and the rest just driving around getting payed lol

disappointing season to me looking at how much promising the changes to the regulation is but in the end just domination from one team
*
CL seems to have lost his fire as well as he knows he cannot win the title.

its not him but nothing he can do anymore, he drove well on sunday but sadly the tires didnt work so nothing he can do more

alonzo probably drove 110% but thats only so much he can achieve with the given equipment

QUOTE(The.Lucas.DaY @ Oct 10 2022, 08:14 PM)

What did they do on the car make tyres wear that fast
*
Yeah Ferrari starting a few races ago had fallen back on their race pace and only good in qualifying. They cannot make their tires last as good as RB.

FIA going out of their way to hand RB the WDC... expecting them to taichi and allowed them to keep the title by any means. That's why now busy cooking their accounts.

Yeah, RB most probably overspent 10k buying Max a birthday cake and a buffet dinner for every staff who attended the party. Oh well...  rolleyes.gif  rolleyes.gif  rolleyes.gif

Give this year's win early coz will take back last year's lol.

Btw next 3 races will be tough on us, 3am, 4am and 2am.
*
RB claims the over spent were all due to free meals to staff, but there's no transparency from FIA of how much it is or what is their findings on the over spending items yet. This is the problem with FIA, always just doing this in secrecy like how they dealt with supposedly Ferrari cheating in 2019. Anyway there's no way this will alter the 2021 titles. They'd probably just slap RB with some minor penalties, maybe financial pemalty.

Next 3 races, I'd just record and watch later like as always during these odd hours.

6UE5T I think Alonso made the Japanese engineers working real hard to get off this shame huh?
*
Hahaha, Honda has the last laugh, not Alonso nor McLaren. If only they were not so arrogant and had more patience. RB was smart to take profit of the early sacrifices by others. No doubt Alonso is a great driver but his toxic attitude and impatience always cost him badly. Fight with LH and blackmail Mclaren then left ended up in a weak team while LH won. Then moved to Ferrari, again burn bridges while then SV managed to win races and close to challenging for titles. Then curse Honda and left while RB able to win titles with Honda.

I think won't be DQ also, but would definitely like to see DQ 😂

Wishful thinking, FIA will not change any title outcome cuz it will put shame on them and the sport. Most likely just financial penalty and or some reduced R&D hours.

Truly worse season for LH, not a single win yet, beaten by junior yeam mate, and performing poorly in the wet too! Lol

His sharp instinct really decaying since infected covid-19, last year already starting to see some rookie errors...

He was still pretty good though during 2nd half of last season and that's why he almost won. This year is very uncharacteristic of him especially in the wet which is supposed to be his strength.
