Depends I guess, I got high salary from the get go, but I had to prove myself to get the salary. My boss had just employ a fresh Degree holder Quantity Surveyor for 15,000 THB per month, there is plenty to choose from.
He is now looking for a Project Manager with a budget of 100,000 THB per month.
Work ethic and attitude of Thai worker is shiat.
