Well... if you really need to defeat AI that much... play 6vs6 in map Dead Six.
Set 4 as Brutal AI and put them in your team. While the other one set as GDI Rusher (Brutal offcourse... we need to be fair
) and put it as team 2.
So Team 1 (you + 4 brutals) versus Team 2 (One brutals)
There you go.. make some coffee and wait around 5 minutes (should be lesser than that...) and you will have your win.

I'm still not too sure how to play scrin late game,
So far, I've been massing PAC's and tripods together but I still prefer a mastermind rush to cripple the poor fella's spirit + base(It really sucks playing without radar). Have those as a distraction while i warp(the ability that costs money) my mastermind or just waltz him in. Though I kind of prefer devastator warships to PAC's, can get it much earlier and they would just rape just about anything (except air) that your opponent has. Either that or the rift generator
The main technique against playing brutal is to build lots. and lots of towers.
