I also applied via the official RW website and got my Surat Berjaya Tapisan back in October. When i brought the letter to the developer, they referred me to their in-house sales agent, who then mentioned that all units were sold out already despite just launching for less than a month. Apparently they were already collecting a RM15k booking fee for many months before the project got APDL and before it was up for application in RW website. It was that time when the sale agent was pushing very hard for me to still proceed with the RM15k booking fee to be entered into a waiting list, in hopes that other applicants might dropout or get their loans rejected. I totally agree with you that if we received the Surat Berjaya Tapisan, it should mean that there should be a unit reserved for us already since it was approved by RW team at KWP. Trust me, I have lodged complaints and queries to both KWP and KPKT, both either ignored me, pushed away the issue to other departments or gave nonsensical replies against the RW terms and conditions. Unfortunately we live in Bolehland where people who don't follow the proper application procedures get to purchase a unit whereas people like us who follow the proper application procedures get rejected. So if you have RM15k to spare for booking fee and you really want to purchase a unit, I suggest you to contact AK affiliated sales agency such as BM Home to ask whether they still accept bookings. there might still be a chance. If you really want to buy a unit rumawip, just pay a booking directly to the developer's sales team. Rumawip launched since 2015, it has been AK's practice to sell thru their agencies, not thru rumawip website. Not only AK, most other developers do the same way because going thru KWP's list is a waste of time. thousands of ppl registered, when developer call up 1 by 1, some no money pay downpayment la, some change mind la, some want to buy another project etc. Because there's no commitment registering in the website, many people like to try luck.
