Please Help.
Made a purchase in Lazada. Credit card charged. BUT not in Lazada order list, not in email too. How do i trace back? Any way the CC company has the transaction number? And can use that when communicate with Lazada? Help appreciated. |

To get more LZDORPT vouchers, just ask.
I didn't pump any petrol, just bought some stuff from the station around RM20. Asked the cashier if I can have a voucher. Then he explained voucher given for RM50 petrol only but gave me one anyway. |

Lazada cancell one of my orders last mont. Small amount . said refunded. Abuk pun takda.
bought another item 11/10. Account listed as delivered. Track order- kata no record! I online chat with Lazada...kata failed delivery...tapi no get card/sms/tel call from courier company pun. Seems like its Lazada own courier outfit. maybe my money refund will go the same way as earlier item.. haiz... |

Fuck lazada, has been waiting for my refund for 20 days, still no progress from them. Has been calling them multiple times already.
