I also have the same issue... Placed order and credit card got deducted, order suddenly missing and cancelled. Emailed them and they say will refund. But now it is almost 2 months already, the money is still not yet refund.

I called bank (CIMB) and want to dispute, but then the CS said this will block my card and will take a GOD DAMN long time to process, and tell me to deal with lazada first. So i have to keep waiting....

What should i do now? File a complaint to the KPDNKK (wondering if this will do anything)? Proceed to dispute? Or keep waiting?

Seriously why Lazada can just keep silent about this, espcially involve so much money...

Ahh another victim. If you search back this thread 20-30 pages back, and check out those comments on Lazada Facebook post, you will notice there are A LOT of people experience the same problem as you.

You can email/call/live chat with Lazada support, but good luck getting a proper repsonse...
