I also have the same issue... Placed order and credit card got deducted, order suddenly missing and cancelled. Emailed them and they say will refund. But now it is almost 2 months already, the money is still not yet refund.
I called bank (CIMB) and want to dispute, but then the CS said this will block my card and will take a GOD DAMN long time to process, and tell me to deal with lazada first. So i have to keep waiting....
What should i do now? File a complaint to the KPDNKK (wondering if this will do anything)? Proceed to dispute? Or keep waiting?
Seriously why Lazada can just keep silent about this, espcially involve so much money...
