I totally lost my faith with this brand.

Today i brought my car for 2nd mandatory service (10k), i left my car there, went home, then a couple of hours later they called me to go back to the service center because "there is a problem"...

They got my car in an accident. The right rear-side, behind the back door and the rear fender got wrecked by one technician.

I can't believe i spent money buying anything from this brand.

Yalor, aircond smell bad during MCO so changed to caracoal still same then go service center check they said due to the after market filter. ^$(@^()!&)(&!)_) . Memang celika service center.

I booked the lowest spec 2 weeks ago. The SA didnt want to collect deposit. But she said already register. I never heard car seller dont collect deposit. Is it possible?

Guys, wanna ask whether it is ok for me to delay the service by 1 or 2 weeks? Any issue with the warranty? My mileage still far from the milestone km though...

First few days the front left sensor kept sounding when I was driving even without anything... then the next few days (until now) it stops sounding, but it seems less sensitive. I have requested my SA to check (I filmed a video) but he hasn't given me my next step.

Btw I did have my grille change a day after I got my car (change from chrome to black). Does changing my grille (not bumper) affect the sensor? Mechanic assured that it wouldn't and changed back to ori chrome to me FOC. The sounding problem stopped gradually but it feels less sensitive.

Anyone else got similar issue?

Okay i just permanently fixed the AC sound. I spoke to the head technician of SC and i got a replacement of the aircon vents, drove for 2 weeks now, not a single sound anymore.
