Rfid sticker have 1 time warranty. You can claim rfid replacement .
I claimed mine when I changed my car’s headlight
*
Lets say after 1 year, my windscreen need to be replaced. If my rfid is on the windscreen, any ways to transfer this rfid to a new windscreen? Or need to buy new rfid?

need to change new 1, u cant transfer...once u peel it, it will spoil to avoid some 1 steal your rfid

QUOTE(denzel88 @ Jan 17 2022, 01:48 PM)
u can claim ur 1 time warranty . When claim ur free warranty, they will auto move old details to a new rfid posted to ur address.
The new rfid will still be tied to ur same car.

But its just a 1 time warranty, once warranty used and need to change rfid again then u will have to buy a new rfid, deactivate  old rfid and tie new rfid to ur car again.

Ok, thanks for the info.

Anyone already started servicing your TC/TCP outside? Once the oil is changed, will the oil life reset to original value? Or it must be resetted manually by honda SC guys?

Can reset manually. On HU - Press home -> select settings -> press vehicle settings -> scroll down to maintenance info and press it to select it -> Press reset.

A screen will pop up asking if you really want to reset it or cancel. press reset and that should do it. Likewise, your maintenance minders should be gone and the oil life should read 10,000km.

Thanks, good info! thumbsup.gif

Anyone already started servicing their FC outside? What oil you guys use?

I will start my first service outside, and looking for fully syn 0w-20 oil. Any recommendations?

And i just notice honda oil is so damn cheap compared to other brands like shell, liqui, havoline and etc. Eg, if compare fully 0w-20, shell price is almost double of honda full 0w-20 (based on hingan auto price).

Windscreen, top right (when you standing in front of the car facing the windscreen). Just make sure not too near with the metal (roof and pillar).

Thanks!

The angle. cost me a replacement to find out that windscreen works 100% of the time.
headlights only work 50% of time or less.

Good to know, thanks a lot for the tips. So basically its at the left hand side (passenger seat side), top corner?

3m crystalline tint no issue. no need cut the tint.
*
Good idea, didnt think of that. So basically is something like our laminated roadtax supported with the roadtax sticker right?

I am personally using this product for my family cars. It something like a hard plastic to stick the RFID to, and the decal itself to stick the rfid + plastic to the inside of the windscreen.
*
Thanks a lot! So your car do not have any issue with the rfid on the inside too right? Top left corner too?
