I am not sure about that. But that's the only sp they sell atm.  Should be original right?

Samsung store is also selling stuff of other brands, not just Samsung brand
and they are selling at more expensive price than other sellers

But it is possible to remove it completely clean without damaging the screen right? I guess if you want a good quality SP.. that is the minor trade off you need to accept... wink.gif

They first apply a thin PU film, then glue then glass, so the glue doesn't adhere to the screen directly, or cause potential damage.

I tried removing it myself, heck of a job. To remove it completely clean took me like 1/2 hour. Damn susah. The glass will break into small shards, so I thought it might cut my fingers if not the screen, so took me much time. I suggest go back there, let them do the removal also.

Ah yes hao. Expensive lo.. Hahaha. RM180 for normal SP. With edge is rm280. Walaoooooo. Which one y getting anyway?

Seriously is it worth it to pay such a premium for a SP? Especially those who have the 1 year screen crack warranty. Actually anything above RM 50 for a SP is very expensive already

Just want to report to the club, although I got my phone on 18/9.

Just curious, why is the IMEI info shows built in memory @ 128GB?

I dont spend money buying any SP. I only buy it for Sony due to its scratchable anti shatter film.

Yesterday was my first full day with my Note8, here to report battery life. Started the day with full charge.

Yesterday I used 1 sim, mostly wifi in office and home, a few hours outside on Umobile 4G, I got 5 hours SOT with about 20% battery left. Used fb, chrome, youtube, whatsapp mostly.

Today, similar like yesterday except use 2 sim, so far got 1 hr 30min SOT while battery left 80%, that's roughly can expect 6 to 7 hours SOT at the end of the day.

This is pretty good, better than my previous OP3 averaging 4.5 to 5 hours SOT by my usage, though the fast charging feels very slow, as I've been spoilt the past 1 year with OP3's insanely quick Dash Charge haha.

So far, my note 8 can last me for 1 whole day before reach the charging time at night
The battery info show in the note 8 default app is not detail enough

because wifi and data connection battery consumption is not show, which sometime it drain more battery when bad connection especially for data

last night, i also noticed that camera used up a lot of battery too, i was on and off it to take total lesser than 20 photos within 1.5 hours, and it show 4% battery usage

I think connection also used up a lot of battery... under Android OS if you try to view the battery usage... once you click on the Android OS... you can see items like cpu and also connection...how many % they use ..

True I'm also quite paranoid not having something to protect it, though I'm a super careful user and rarely drop my phone. Also many are afraid of using the device to its full potential (i.e they reduce display, disable AOD etc), think we should really stop worrying all these and fully utilize such an expensive phone to the max

Hi all... regarding the Hao TG... after applying... is it easy to remove? Or it is like using a permanent glue type and making it hard to remove already?

Thanks.
*
Do check out s8/s8+ forum last two pages, there is one owner dropped the s8 with Hao applied, it breaks, he removed and share how the whole experience.
