Looking for open back headphones ranging around 100-200 bucks. Mainly used for synthwave, ambient and piano/string scoring. Need a pair for some quality mixing and mastering  sweat.gif Also any shops around KL that might be worth checking out.

u might want to look for closed back,
open back leaks sound, but is really comfortable for long hours.

but for that price u can only get something decent like Roland RH-5
but that is not in the mixing and mastering section.

then agian for 100-200 bucks, u could get something like a Audio tech HM40 or HM50
2nd hand u might get lucky.

those are about 500-700 brand new. but they are real pro headphones, as opposed to Roland RH-5 which are just decent headphones.

Ended up getting Superlux
I'm not recording vocals plus I do my music in a quiet environment. Need that spacey feel. I ended up getting the Superlux 681HD Evo. Quite happy with it.

Comfy but it gets hot after awhile, if you're ever considering it. Not for long hours wear. Still, I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm able to get what I need for the mixing process.
