Call Celcom careline to ask about my rebat. They say cannot give rebat because i did not report to them when the problems occur. Already tell them that how can i report when the line is always cut off... Then they ask me to report at mcmc if i feel dissatisfied.. Report at mcmc already..

Problem with my cellular:

1) When signal turn to 4G i cannot browse internet.
2) Drop calls keeps on happening.
3) When in 3G the browsing is really slow...

Celcom quality of service in terms of stability has degraded a lot since they first launch the first 38. Things never get consistent after that.

Today is not a good day for me, got fuck up by bos... Call me like crazy, talk like not even minute then the calls cut off... restart my seven like hundred of times still the same.. and then got scolded by boss again... seriously celcom really fucked me today... ohh and yeah webe is really shit too... f u webe and celcom...

I have quite similar problem too..for example if using waze it keep searching for network even there is stable 4G connection.

What I do is create new APN under sim card setting.I put Celcom 4G.

Even its similar to 3G setting but my problem solved..no more searching for network.

Celcom quality is down the drain..
same level as U mobile

it goes from bad to worst after the july spectrum reallocation.. probably too many MNVO riding on Celcom network..

The reason why I ported out to digi. Celcom is hopeless even in KL city centre. Really can't brain why they haven't solved this problem.

hehhe... funny story happen today... i signed a form for digi and ask for port out... digi salesperson say cannot port out celcom takes time... today celcom person call me and ask me why after so many years ask to port out... i said what do you think before you call me... the girl ask me can re-think about to port out... she will give me good discount and new package...

I cant use whatsapp or access whatsapp web with celcom. Anyone experienced the same?

Even their call forwarding (a very old feature) is on/off. I wanted to add call forwarding /diverting for unanswered call but they never able to assist me as there's always error response - "unexected response from provider". While at the same time I able to setup call forwarding/divert for unreachable/busy

Celcom is always like that. 4G is slow and 3G is hopeless.

Even U Mobile ride sharing with Maxis give an overload to Maxis 3G network.

Nothing good at all with new MVNO..
Package not interesting at all.

That is why I am using Digi rite now. They might not be fast but they do provide consistent speeds always.
But still impress with Maxis 4G speed. Can get 80 Mbps inside my house.

well.....umobile essentially thrashing maxis network lul.

and then government decided to allocate spectrum to umobile. so....umobile is the only MVNO that got out of virtual network to become a real telco.

Nah already use them 1 1/2 years ago. Using Celcom for 1 year before this is quite torturing actually. 3G is unusable and 4G is not stable and consistent. Seems not many improvement in terms of stability based on what people said now.
And I did test on prepaid recently using my friends no and seems the same.
Maybe give time for them to upgrade first.

Wierd about Sellkom signal over my area:

- 2G 3 bar to full bar : never gerenti able to send out SMS, USSD, or making call.
- 2G less than 3 bar : able to send and receive SMS, USSD or call.
- 4G any bar : able to receive SMS but no incoming call, unable to send out SMS, USSD, or call.

While using OneXOX, noticed that while on 4G, able to send out SMS.

U are taking risk that
1) celcom tot their coverage superior and doesn't require improvement
2) other telco who ad invest alot having lacking customer issue which has to shut down the coverage site

why else would anyone want to be stuck in such bad network?? maybe they assume phone network supposed to be as shit as they experience everyday.
