Celcom is always like that. 4G is slow and 3G is hopeless.
That’s what you get when you give away your bandwidth to many MVNOs.

Celcom got many below
TuneTalk, Altel, ...XOX (Got many variants), Webe with their increasing base of customers.
Hahaha.
Their network suddenly become hell.
Even U Mobile ride sharing with Maxis give an overload to Maxis 3G network.

That is why I am using Digi rite now. They might not be fast but they do provide consistent speeds always.
But still impress with Maxis 4G speed. Can get 80 Mbps inside my house.

Baru nak port ke Celcom tapi ramai pulak complain line mcm sampah.
So tak jadi la.

I thought they improve their network after leaving them for 1 year but still no improvement.
Quite a disappointment.

Hahaha. That is true actually. Really pity for U Mobile.

Nah already use them 1 1/2 years ago. Using Celcom for 1 year before this is quite torturing actually. 3G is unusable and 4G is not stable and consistent. Seems not many improvement in terms of stability based on what people said now.
And I did test on prepaid recently using my friends no and seems the same.
Maybe give time for them to upgrade first.
