Even their call forwarding (a very old feature) is on/off. I wanted to add call forwarding /diverting for unanswered call but they never able to assist me as there's always error response - "unexected response from provider". While at the same time I able to setup call forwarding/divert for unreachable/busy
What is wrong with Celcom, Seriously line disconnect
