What is wrong with Celcom, Seriously line disconnect

Call Celcom careline to ask about my rebat. They say cannot give rebat because i did not report to them when the problems occur. Already tell them that how can i report when the line is always cut off... Then they ask me to report at mcmc if i feel dissatisfied.. Report at mcmc already..
Problem with my cellular:
1) When signal turn to 4G i cannot browse internet. 2) Drop calls keeps on happening. 3) When in 3G the browsing is really slow...

Celcom quality of service in terms of stability has degraded a lot since they first launch the first 38. Things never get consistent after that.

Today is not a good day for me, got fuck up by bos... Call me like crazy, talk like not even minute then the calls cut off... restart my seven like hundred of times still the same.. and then got scolded by boss again... seriously celcom really fucked me today... ohh and yeah webe is really shit too... f u webe and celcom...

I have quite similar problem too..for example if using waze it keep searching for network even there is stable 4G connection. What I do is create new APN under sim card setting.I put Celcom 4G. Refer this link APN settingEven its similar to 3G setting but my problem solved..no more searching for network.

it goes from bad to worst after the july spectrum reallocation.. probably too many MNVO riding on Celcom network.. Total 7 of them!!! I really can't imagine the congestion. Celcom, XPAX, redONE, onexox, TuneTalk, webe, Altel

Celcom is hopeless even in KL city centre. Really can't brain why they haven't solved this problem.

Celcom really worse services... Complain also still no use.. Many have port out...
Maybe one of reason is too much telco riding on celcom network

hehhe... funny story happen today... i signed a form for digi and ask for port out... digi salesperson say cannot port out celcom takes time... today celcom person call me and ask me why after so many years ask to port out... i said what do you think before you call me... the girl ask me can re-think about to port out... she will give me good discount and new package...

Even their call forwarding (a very old feature) is on/off. I wanted to add call forwarding /diverting for unanswered call but they never able to assist me as there's always error response - "unexected response from provider". While at the same time I able to setup call forwarding/divert for unreachable/busy

Celcom is always like that. 4G is slow and 3G is hopeless. That’s what you get when you give away your bandwidth to many MVNOs.

They might not be fast but they do provide consistent speeds always. But still impress with Maxis 4G speed. Can get 80 Mbps inside my house.
