yes cannot port from hotlink/maxis/redtune to ookyo for now. it stated coming soon...

can only port from other telcos.

QUOTE(powerwoot @ Sep 29 2017, 07:41 AM)
yeah, agree. We not are utilizing the internet not only for social app alone, to other as well. Hotlink fast is offering red60, rm60/8gb for a month instead of rm50/5gb is a good deal.
*
that new red pass (rm60/8gb) also come with unlimited local calls + 1gb/day anytime (need to redeem manually everyday) thumbup.gif

Maxis always try to promote their 4G network. They also mention 4G a lot on the Hotlink FAST SIM pack. It doesn't mean it's ALWAYS on 4G. You can't make voice calls on 4G, unless VoLTE is available.

Yes they are MVNOs which utilizing same MNO, so they are considered to be within same network, can't port-out or port-in each other.

What is a Voice & SMS Bundle?

It's a bundle of 1000 minutes and 1000 SMS. Any local calls/SMS will be deducted from this bundle first and not your ookyo wallet.

Only applicable for local calls and sms; not IDD or roaming
Not applicable for toll-free numbers (1300, 1800, etc.)
30-second charging bloc for calls
You can find the bundle under the Add On section in the ookyo store via the app
You will still get the 10% Google Play Rewards credit back upon purchase

They said, YouTube unlimited 1 hour is RM3 & YouTube unlimited 3 hour is RM8.

Wah.. so expensive.
Ookyo is Maxis anyway. Price really mindblowing... puke.gif puke.gif

You must setup Google Direct Billing, here is the answer from ookyo FAQ: -

1. Open the Google Play Store app and log in to your Google account
2. If you're on a dual SIM phone, ensure to disable your non-ookyo SIM when performing the next few steps.
3. Check that WiFi is turned off and you're on the 'MY MAXIS' network
4. Go to Menu > Account > Add payment method
5. Select 'Use Maxis/Hotlink/ookyo billing'
6. The new payment method is now added to your Google account
