The T&C says new card features start from 1.1.2018, that should mean new transactions not the CB itself which always come one or even 2 months after the card has been used.
I have maxed out couple of cards, which the RM50 CB is expected in Jan 2018.
Looks like i have letters to write if PBB does not honour the expected RM50 CB for transactions done before
new features kick in.
Putting the words wrongly is PBB's fault, PBB would end up have to pay RM50 for maxed out Dec transactions.
Put new features start from Dec 2017 - no one can argue then.
How many of you affected there?
Write letter cc to BNM, complain PBB says new features starts from 1.1.2018, but force it on us who
has used the cards unkowingly and for transactions done before new features start.
after ur complaint, they might give u rm50 cashback for principal Card n not sup card as per existing TnC

I think the bank has complied with regulations by giving advance notice. It is 21 days right. Announcement made on 10 Dec 2017, revision effective on 1 Jan 2018.
May I know how u ask them in the email? Did u yell scenario like if u already max out RM50 on dec?
On the other hand, can we change our statement date to 31 dec now?
